As some of these counters are not moving "productively" for a length of time, I think a more positive approach to be taken by SGX is to levy a charge on the company as a lot of precious time, resources and resulting expenses incurred by SGX are just wasted.

If u wait for maturity and did not convert your warrants to share by paying up cash to Rowsley then your warrants upon maturity will be expired and have zero value. Must sell b4 maturity if don't want to convert. No extra fee, selling warrants same like selling shares, no difference

I voiced my concern in beginning of the year...Iskander can't make it..Ringgit dropping in long term against S$..residential flood of supply..rental yield will drop no capital appreciation..they trying to shore up with MRT...maybe the value of Rowsley lies in RSP architects..very hit a low of 4 cts
