Mon's vol was 120mil..Tue was 88mil and Wed was 40.1mil hope the selling pressure from contra plyer and those involved in swing trade are well absorbed.My CDP securities margin lending account always have pple borrow Rowsley for shorting ,this week onwards..seems no more borrowing,,earn interest earned from such loan plus capital gains from Rowsley

(60+18+18)/3 = 32c = expected rowsley open price on monday (32c - 18c) = 14c = expected warrant open price on Monday. Fyi,the Rowsley's bonus warrants will be traded on 11 Oct 2013
Rowsley A shares are issued to Vantage Bay 30% own by Johore Sultan and also to RSP Architect,normally when theoretically ex-all should be traded higher than 32cts about 38-40cts,,,,when the proposal was announced in Dec 2012 ,Rowsley shot up from 15cts to 18 to 25 and 35cts,before profit taking forced it down to 25cts
Subsequently from March 2013 ,Rowsley stayed consistently above 40cts ,which is more than doubled the price Rowsley was priced at 15cts to the Sultan and RSP Architects..I have a strong feeling the price will hold above 38-40cts or even more,otherwise Sultan and RSP Architects are unlikley to be happy,since the current price of Rowsley is about 60cts,about 4 times of Rowsley's pre-determined 15cts,of course the A shares not entitled to bonus warrants in this case..your views please
An example was Roxy-Pacific 1 for 4 bonus issue,the cum bonus price was 70cts,after ex bonus theoretical ex price should be (70 x 4)/5=56cts but it remained at 63cts
The warrants will be played by brokers like the way they whcked up penny shares, this one wont go bust as the whole Sultanate is behind the counter and should close in the money upon expiry for funds inflow to Rowsley to fund the construction, if construction successful, Rowsley should lobby for pedestrian link to MRT station or development rights over the station since so near Vantage Bay as no such thing as tendering for development rights URA style over there. see who got bigger lobbying muscle and connections the bottom line

RTO complete, rowsley is now out of the punter's game, and quite likely with institutional interests, in the near future.
* i believe given the S$1.67b base valuation surplus (NPV of net profits) over the duration of the Vantage Bay project (as estimated by OIR), we should be looking at S$1.67b as a base market cap.so S$1.67billion divided by 4.63billion shares = 36 cents
Therefore, from OIR's paper, we can estimate that Rowlsey be worth a minimum of 36 cents.
** Also, the RTS/MRT location has yet to be announced and plot ratio is now 1:11, above the 1:10 valuation.
RTS should be near Vantage bay and they should be in pole position to develop link to RTS station or even lobby for development rights over the station like ION after all RSP were the Architect for ION so have plenty of experience on such development over RTS station

Ask yourself..how can Peter let the Sultan and RSP architects,latter among S'pore pioneers value their Rowsley A shares at 38cts doubled the issue price of 15cts only,incidentally there is a moratorium on the A shares which also become the normal Rowsley shares after ex-all on Oct 1..Imagine all those who bought at 68cts cum all also making liao as the theoretical ex price 0.35=( 0.68+0.18x2)/3 had been crossed today...when somebody commented $1 I laughed initially but over 3 years possible with all the hype on Iskander ,RSP architects and the huge vol of shares outstanding Rowsley will be an institutional favourites comparable to Capitalland but the absolute price of Rowsley is a better punt too
