The Company has two operating segments: Full-service restaurants segment, which is engaged in catering its customers full dining services that provides meals and table services, and Quick-service restaurants, convenience and others segment, which is engaged in catering its customers quick meal services which they may order their meals for take-away. This segment also includes the preparation of Japanese food products, such as bento and onigiri (Japanese rice balls), for third party businesses in Singapore. Its brands include Kuriya Dining, Ichiban Boshi, Ichiban Sushi, Idaten Udon, Shimbashi Soba, Shabu-Go, Sushi-Go, Ichiban Bento and Yaki Yaki Bo, among others.
