It looks like management is taking price up and disposing their shares. They did the same on June 8, 2013.

Going by the EPS of USD0.15 for the first three quarter of 2020 and P/E 10x, the price should be around S$2 per share. Taiwan shares trading at TWD54.70= S$2.59.
