IKN NUSANTARA

In year 2005 (Almost 2 decades ago) TSH Resources bought 94,700 Acres land near here for as low as Rm4,500 an acre.

Today it is worth from Rm200,000 to Rm4.2 Millions per acre

The results of theanalysis show that the addition of shortcuts to IKN from these three areas can improve theconnectivity and accessibility of the road network around IKN relatively significantly

Gusik (Gusiq in Malay) is in West Kutai

And West Kutai where TSH got 80,000 acres of lands are very near to Titik Nol Ikn Nusantara

They have "ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL
