Another REIT in my long-term investment portfolio (in Suntec REIT) have released its business update for the third quarter of the financial year 2021 ended 30 September 2021 before trading hours last Friday (22 October 2021). Even though the REIT have switched to reporting its full financial statements on a half-yearly basis, it has still continued to payout a distribution to its unitholders on a quarterly basis (it definitely one who prefer to invest in REITs that payout a distribution on a more regularly basis to consider.)
