We upgraded THBEV's earnings by 15.0% and 12% for 2014E and 2015E respectively. The price increase for beer and spirits has boosted gross margin and we believe the market has underestimated the positive impact of the pricing policy on earnings (our earnings estimate is 8% ahead of consensus). With a diversified product portfolio, we believe that downside risk from political turmoil and weak consumption is limited. Our price objective (PO) is raised to S$0.67 from S$0.59 and our Buy rating is maintained.
